  • Male – Between 5.7 to 6.3 feet tall, weight 68-82kg

As per DGCA standards, the Body Mass Index (BMI), the male BMI should be 18-25, while for a female it is between 18-22. If the BMI is between 25-29.9 for males, it is considered overweight. 30 and above BMI is considered obese. For females, a BMI of 22-27 is considered overweight and 27 and above is termed obese.

  • Resilience: The candidate must be able to handle a 90kg service cart.
  • Age Range: 18 to 27 years old is the preferred age.

  • A passport is required for the candidate if you wish to be a flight attendant on an international aircraft.
  • If you wish to be a flight attendant on international flights, you should gain experience on domestic flights (short-distance flights) and then take up the role on international flights.
  • Air Hostess should carry out an experience of a total of 5 years of flying, plus 1 year on aircraft type with good leadership skills.

  • Contact lenses are acceptable
